Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery time will incur no cancellation fee
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time may incur a cancellation fee
Changes to Your Order:
Modifications: You may request changes to your order (e.g., rental duration, equipment type) up to 24 hours before the delivery date, subject to availability.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the original delivery date may incur a rescheduling fee.
Refund Policy
Eligibility: Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
Equipment was not delivered due to an error on Ecoquipment’s part.
Equipment was delivered in non-working condition and a replacement could not be provided.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Late cancellations or cancellations made outside the stated cancellation policy.
Issues arising from customer misuse or negligence.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
