Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery time will incur no cancellation fee

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time may incur a cancellation fee

  2. Changes to Your Order:

    • Modifications: You may request changes to your order (e.g., rental duration, equipment type) up to 24 hours before the delivery date, subject to availability.

    • Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the original delivery date may incur a rescheduling fee.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility: Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

    1. Equipment was not delivered due to an error on Ecoquipment’s part.

    2. Equipment was delivered in non-working condition and a replacement could not be provided.

  2. Non-Refundable Situations:

    1. Late cancellations or cancellations made outside the stated cancellation policy.

    2. Issues arising from customer misuse or negligence.

  3. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
